We are seeking an experienced, organised, energetic and self-motivated administrator to support our Sixth Form team.

The role will involve administration, secretarial functions, front-of-house, pastoral support, event-planning, as well as support for the Careers and Universities department.

Life in the Sixth Form at Kingston Grammar School is exhilarating, challenging and rewarding. These two important years offer a chance for students to develop and grow as a person and KGS can help students to seize that opportunity by teaching a broad range of both academic subjects and life skills. With plenty of sporting and other co-curricular activities also on offer, we create an environment in which our students achieve superb examination results, whilst also developing their personal and leadership skills. Students leave KGS with the confidence and resilience to succeed and be happy in the outside world.   As the Sixth Form and Careers Administrator you will be a fundamental part of the team providing support to all Sixth Form students during these very important final school years.

The hours of work are 7.45am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday, term-time plus 2 weeks (to be worked outside of term time supporting events).

The salary for this position is around £24,000 actual salary for term time plus two weeks (full-time equivalent salary is c. £30,000) depending on qualifications and experience.

Full details of the role and person specification are available in the job description.
